I was speaking with my friend Michael Simpson, a commercial realtor based in Colorado, yesterday and he mentioned a great website:

It’s billed as a nationwide MLS exclusively for 2, 3 and 4 unit properties. Remember these are still considered residential properties not commercial because they are under 5 units. These qualify for 100% investor loans!
